Do not use this company

I ordered (and paid for) a double wooden garage from ZIMA Eurl (trading as Chalet-Bois-Discount.fr) in September 2020. I then tried to confirm a delivery date as it was stated it was in stock. My emails were ignored and the telephone was never answered. The terms stated that the longest period for delivery was 12 weeks, so after this period I was able to reclaim the cost from Mastercard.
I now know from their reviews on Facebook that they are a complete shambles and my experience was not unusual. Whether they do this to make money from people who don't chase them up, I don't know. So do not touch them with a barge pole!
