Great prices and customer service
When Corona started, Chaleonline refunded our booking in full (even before the corona cancellation laws).
This year, I checked literally every other chalet rental website before booking our trip and Chaletonline had the best offer again. I asked customer service some details about the report and bus schedule and they replied immediatly.

Criminally misleading Corona "Guarantee"
If you have any doubts about your ability to travel during this second wave of the pandemic, please DO NOT TRUST this company's Coronovirus "guarantee".
Despite stating: "Have you made a booking with us, and your trip cannot take place because of corona? At Chaletonline.com you will always get your money back. "
The reality is - the only scenario where you get your money back is if they (chaletonline.com) are for some reason unable to offer you the keys on your day of travel.
- You cannot travel to them due to coronavirus - they'll keep your money.
- You contract Coronavirus before departure - they'll keep your money.
- You would be forced to self-isolate when you arrive - they'll keep your money
- You would be forced to self-isolate upon returning to your departing jurisdiction - you guessed it. They'll keep your money.
The company's stance when I raise this? "None of those things are within our control, you should have read all the terms and conditions".
Sadly the word "trip" is defined as "A going from one place to another; a journey." so, any further (and contradictory) small print is totally irrelevant.
I am proceeding with taking my complaint to Dutch advertising standards and would warn anyone considering a booking during this difficult time to go elsewhere.
I have had dealings with so many amazing companies, who have offered refunds proactively despite not broadcasting any sort of guarantee, it's unfortunate to come upon one that seems to be deliberately seeking to entrap people for profit.

The booking team are responsive and helpful and are able to provide accurate information about the properties, locations and ski areas. We have just booked with them again for Feb 2020. So far the service has been excellent again.

Great website with loads of pics and information. Had some questions which staff answered pretty well. So far, booking experience has been simple with lots of offers of help along the way.

Nice people that were in contact with us. Everything had to be pre-paid though, and since we booked late they needed our credit card nr, which I really don't like. Several things (lamps, towel dryer etc.) in the apartment didn't work. We didn't bother to report though, so I can't review their support on that. Most bed linen had feathers which I'm allergic to. The floor was water damaged in one area, so I was scarred that the children would get blisters, but fortunately that never happened. Some things in the kitchen were really poor, especially the knives (IKEA). I recommend that you bring your own kitchen knives. The apartment was not heated when we arrived and it took almost two days to heat it up. Over all a good stay though. We had perfect location, quiet neighbors, good beds.
