They do excellent work. I have never had a problem with any of my designs, that they were not willing to correct. I push them to raise the bar - and they do!

Good product and quickly delivered! My only critique would be that the weight of the coin should be included in the estimate. The coin seems lighter than I would have liked.

Honestly, this is the first time I order any kind of customized coin and my entire experience was great! The customer service over the phone was really helpful and very supportive of the design I chose. They added their own design to my coin to see if I would like it and it turned out to be even better than I had imagined. They were very respectful of the time that it took for me to decide on my final design and the communication was great. The coin looks amazing and the details on it surpassed my expectations. I recommend this company to everyone.
