Migrated from Pipedrive. Very happy with the ease of use. It's very robust yet easy to use. Things are where I'd expect them to be. Terminology is what it should be ( for real estate )for the most part. Don't upgrade to premium if you don't have many sales. Do the math..free users pay 2.9% platform fee. Premium users pay .8% platform fee. If you have a lot of volume, it's a no brainer. Do what we did. MAKE THE SWITCH lol
Great CRM. All of the features are spot on what a business needs
Legit is an understatement. The features keep coming at me! Every time I poke around the app I discover something very useful ( like how to lock the system down with a password ). I opened a ticket on the support page and within 30 minutes I had a response. Probably more like 15.
