Poor quality dealership, avoid if possible.
We purchased a new car from Chandlers Belton Branch with the expectation that they would look after us if anything went wrong. The reality is that they are unable diagnose problems without contacting KGM and do not carry spare parts to fix even minor issues.
The car has needed a replacement windscreen due to a stone chip and we had to wait many weeks for a replacement screen as it had to come from Korea and then we had to take it to another branch to be set up correctly.
They also did not carry a spare parking sensor when that failed.
The main issue was a faulty rear screen wash which they denied was faulty on the first visit and it was only when I showed them the damp in the car, did they accept there was an issue. After several attempts to fix the pipe, including with a tie wrap, they acknowledged that it was faulty and agreed to replace it a new pipe and to replace the roof liner which was mouldy and stained. What a surprise, they did not have them in stock in the country and they would have to come from Belgium or Korea.
They finally arrived and we took the car in to be fixed yesterday, they told us that the liner was the wrong colour !!! and had not been fitted and they have to order the correct one. This could take months as they do not have one anywhere in the system.
We collected the car today and had to squeegee the inside of the windows due to the condensation.
We have to chase them regularly to get updated and I have no confidence that any issues will be resolved properly.
In short, never buy a car from this company or take a vehicle to them to be maintained.
