I really enjoyed this course, it was a lot better than I expected. It was clear, straightforward, and easy to stay engaged with, even though I didn’t come from a change management background.

I do have project experience, and this helped me see how what I’ve been doing links into change management. That part really stood out to me.

I had a lot of questions going in, and by the end I felt like everything had been covered in a way that actually made sense.

I’ve come away feeling more confident and ready to move into a change role. Glad I found it and would recommend it to others.

My experience with course and training has been an eye opener, very insightful and very knowledgeable! In such a short time i was able to absorb everything i was being thought. The trainer was very helpful in delivering the course and patient in answering questions i had and guiding me through the course process. Thereby giving me the confidence to push forward to taking the exam immediately after the course, which i successfully passed.

The Team at Change Management Library are incredible and very professional. The materials and logins were provided to ahead of the class with clear instructions. The class started on time. It was also well structured and engaging. The tutor gave very useful tips which can be applied in the work place. During the training, there were segments with breakout rooms which allowed for team collaboration. I learnt so much from the course and really enjoyed it. The customer service through out has been very excellent. I would recommend this course for anyone interested in a career in Change Management.

I have never studied change management before, but I left with enough information to equip me into that field. The models and information shared was truly insightful. It is something you cannot miss out on.

My Experience with the Change Delivery Professional Certification – Change Management Library
Having spent years delivering complex change programmes across financial services, insurance, and technology, I will be the first to admit I approached another change management certification with measured expectations. What I experienced over those two days genuinely exceeded them.
The Face-to-Face Difference
In a world that has defaulted to virtual everything, there is something powerful about being in a room with practitioners who live and breathe organisational change. The face-to-face format of the Change Delivery Professional training was not just a logistical choice, it was a deliberate one, and it showed. The interactive group sessions created a genuinely collaborative environment where the learning didn't just flow from the front of the room, it flowed between participants. Hearing how fellow practitioners had navigated change across different industries and organisational contexts brought a richness to the programme that no workbook or virtual session can replicate. Every discussion surfaced a new scenario, a different perspective, or a challenge someone in the room had lived through firsthand.
Aiesha, Practical, Credible, and Genuinely Engaging
What set Aiesha apart was her authenticity. She was not facilitating from a script, she was drawing from genuine, hard-earned experience of navigating change in complex organisations. Aiesha brought the content to life with real examples from the field, which grounded every model and framework in something tangible. When a trainer can say "I've been in that room, I've had that conversation," it shifts the entire learning experience. Theory stops feeling theoretical.
Aiesha also had a natural skill for drawing out the experiences of the group and using them to deepen the learning. The group sessions did not feel like structured exercises for the sake of it, they felt purposeful, with Aiesha expertly connecting individual contributions back to the frameworks and weaving the real-world scenarios participants brought into the wider programme content. That ability to hold both the structure and the conversation simultaneously is rare, and it made both days feel dynamic rather than formulaic.
The Toolkits, Immediately Applicable
One of my markers for a great training programme is whether I walk away with tools I can use the following Monday morning. The CDP toolkits cleared that bar comfortably. The materials were well-structured, professionally presented, and designed for real-world application, not just academic reference. These are not tools you file away and forget; they slot directly into a working PMO or change-delivery environment, and the group discussions brought them to life further as participants shared how similar approaches had played out in their own organisations.
The Pacing, Two Days Well Spent
Careful planning went into creating the two-day format. Day one established the foundations, building a shared language and perspective across the cohort. Day two moved into deeper application, so by the afternoon, you were not just learning, you were consolidating and connecting. The interactive sessions were well-positioned throughout, giving the cohort regular opportunities to step back from the content and test it against real experience. The pacing never felt rushed, and the balance between taught content and group engagement was well-judged across both days.
Overall
The Change Delivery Professional certification is a strong, practitioner-focused qualification that respects the intelligence of its participants. It doesn't dumb down the complexity of change; it equips you to navigate it. Aiesha's delivery was a significant part of what made the experience so valuable, and the calibre of the cohort made the group sessions genuinely enriching. Walking away, I had not only a stronger framework for change delivery, but a broader perspective shaped by the collective experience in that room.
For anyone working in PMO, change management, or programme delivery, I would recommend the CDP without hesitation, and if Aiesha is your trainer, you're in very good hands.

The course wa structured well and led by two experienced professionals. They were both able to give insights based on their own practical experience. Great interactive online change management course very well delivered by professional change management professionals. You get a ton of templates you can use in your own transformation endeavors. Training qualifies for ACMP which is definitely a big plus as well.

I enjoyed the collaboration with the team, the trainer took time to listen & engage with the audience & share relative experiences whilst authentically & passionately being interested in people development & taking a deep dive into the foundation of the course & sharing valuable updated material to learn from. The course is valuable & I'd definitely recommend to anyone with aspirations for the field of work & or similar field i.e project management, business analyst, any field where change management is relevant.

I think the biggest take away for me, is gaining the “mindset” of a change delivery professional - and the know-how to truly help facilitate a period of transition.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of how comprehensive, yet concise the course delivery was (or at least it appeared concise because of how engaging the instructors were!).

It’s a very practical demystifying of a lot of the theory behind Change Management and I would recommend the course for those looking to switch careers - but especially to those who are looking to land their first role in the profession.

The CML Change Management 5Es Model course was different from traditional professional courses that I'd taken (including a Change Management course). It was delivery focused (rather than theory heavy) and brought transformation scenarios to life to help us understand how to apply change management in real-life business environments which is essential for my role.
The course instructors were passionate, experienced and knowledgable and thoughtfully delivered the course in a way that was fun and interactive. I found it valuable to learn as part of a group too, as it was helpful to have other peoples perspectives and experiences. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to develop their career in Change/Transformation/, Comms, Project/Programme Management and other roles that broadly involve change.
