Thanks a lot for delivering the bike safe, solid and on time. I am really happy with the bike. I have been using it everyday since I bought it riding for atleast 10 KM a day. I have named the bike 'Urul' which means to roll or a vehicle with wheel(s) in my language Tamil. I really love the design, the black and brown leather colour combination and the paint work. Urul is light weight, rides smooth and no issues so far. The components used feels solid and of high quality. 3 speed hub is doing the job very well, easier and simpler to use. However if the bike had the option for S.Archer 5 or 8 speed hub I would have gone for that.
The only downside that I have is the handle bar height. It is too low for my body frame and I was thinking it is just a matter of getting used to but looks like I have to definitely raise the height a bit for comfort. Right now my arms start to pain in 15 to 20 minutes of ride. Instead of a straight stem, a positive angle stem would have made it more comfortable to ride. Also the saddle could have been a bit wider and soft but manageable, no big complaints. Otherwise I very happy for what I have purchased from chappelli.

Hey Srida. Haha great write up and we love that you and Urul are getting on so well! The bar height is an easy fix, just flip the head stem over so it's" upside down". It will give you approximately 2-3cm extra height on the bars. Also, in most cases saddle comfort is a matter of adjustment too. Play around with the angle of the saddle, sometimes an adjustment of 5 or so degrees can make a world of difference to the comfort factor. Shoot us an email if you want more info. Thanks again!

After searching the market high and low for the perfect bike, I decided to give Chappelli a go after the great success of my partners bike also from them. Two weeks into riding my new bike and I couldn’t be happier! No detail was spared or overlooked when making these great little bikes! Modern three speed
Received the bike in less than a week.
It took about 40 minutes to assemble and complete any adjustments.
The bike is comfortable and easy to ride, with light steering that makes it easy to manoeuvre through traffic.

Great Bike
I brought a Chappelli Single Gear Vintage bike which is amazing. Unfortunately the rims I received were plain black and not the yellow walling suggested during the sale and assembly is not simple if you do not have prior bicycle knowledge. I brought the bike on the Monday and received it to my work address the following Tuesday before midday. Great shipping service and quality of bike is impressive.
