Recently sold my fathers house.
New owners claimed that shower was not working. Ian attended the property when agreed with the new owner. He inspected the shower and found which due to its age the shower was not working efficiently. Ian quickly advised me of his findings. He then gave me a written report and quote for price of renewing shower with similar. This was required for the representing solicitors. Ian was friendly and very quick to respond to my requirements . I would certainly use this firm again.

Been using Ian for my routine annual boiler service for a few years now but never had to call him out for a problem. Cue the Coronavirus lockdown and a breakdown in my 81 year old mother-in-law's heating and hot water system. One call later and he was there 20 mins later, temporary repair job done and new non-leaking radiator on order before the afternoon was out.
Much appreciated and more than happy to recommend.

Very professional and great communication prior to the visit

John was fantastic. Came out quickly, great communication. Actually explained what the issue was clearly which I really appreciated. He was fair and upfront in terms of how he was going to solve the issue and what it would cost for us, giving great honest advice. For a family with 2 kids under 4 a boiler breaking is a very stressful event. Luckily Ian was out to my house within the hour and fixed it for us. 3 days later and everything is still running smoothly. Very professional and friendly service for a reasonable price. A+

Chaps fixed our church boilers very quickly, working to ensure as little disruption to the organisations which use the building as possible. Not only were they prompt and understanding but the price was reasonable, the workmanship excellent and they left the boiler room neat and tidy afterwards. They advised us what changes were needed to our system to ensure that the problem didn't re-occur but also advised us what we didn't need. Chaps are now our contractor of choice.
