Thomas at ChapterTwo was extremely helpful, stated clearly what was being offered in a way I could hear in spite of not having good hearing, and was able to answer any questions I had to my satisfaction.

I found Chapter Two to honest from the start of my dealings with them. Chris and Ball were able to wipe $55,000 off my creditors debt and they kept me in the loop the whole way. Take the worry out of debt collection agencies contacting you and hand it over to the team at Chapter Two you will be amazed at the outcome.

Thomas got an amazing outcome for me. Communication was excellent and he made the process super easy. Fees are quite high, but this balanced out with a really solid outcome with my creditors. Thanks so much, Thomas 😊

ChapterTwo have been fantastic for my situation. Very accomodating and the outcomes they have managed to get me have been pretty much life changing when I thought all was lost.

Chris ceased communications when I asked for specific details on the refinance loan. Refused to advise the loan term, repayments etc

*Edit - 24/11/22. Your version of events are clouded Chris. I did not refuse the rate. You did not reply to two emails, clearly asking you for the details of the loan. In particular, the length of the loan, so that the mortgage repayments can be calculated. You did respond upon your return, only to refute this review.

*Edit - 29/11/22. Chapter Two continues to lie and argue about my experience. Again, saying you were overseas - we were conversing on 10/10/22. Nowhere did we refuse to finance. You asked if it was high, and I replied yes - but did not refuse the finance. It's a shame we cannot provide screenshots in reviews as evidence. Again - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I highly recommend Chapter Two for anyone who feels they are out of options with their financial situation, where the big banks won't even look at you because all they want to do is dot the i's and cross the t's and you don't fit into their neat little profile.
I approached Chapter Two regarding consolidating our business and personal expenses as we had had a change in circumstances and the multiple payments became unmanageable.
Chris Mushan and Baljeet Singh provided exceptional, personalised service, jumping all the hoops necessary to negotiate with our creditors to reduce our debt level and refinance our home loan so all of our debts were consolidated. They were always on hand to answer my many questions via email or phone call, and I can't thank them enough for their patience and persistence with what could only be described as a difficult set of circumstances.
It has been a long and arduous road from facing destitution and the possibility of losing everything we had built up over sixteen years, to finally feeling like we can breathe and focus on the next chapter of our lives, and it was the professionalism, dedication, skill, honesty and approachability of Chris and Bal that got us to this point.

From our first conversation I was made to feel confident that a solution to my unsecured debts was achievable. It has taken a couple of months, but you have assisted me to clear these debts, reorganise my finances and release some of my equity.
This is the first time in a long time I have felt at ease with my finances and free of worry. I have been struggling with this financial burden for over five years. I cannot thank you enough for your help and support.

Chris and Baljeet are experts in this field and have done wonders to help me avoid the worst while highlighting financial malpractice by dodgy lenders who charge extremely excessive interest, charges and fees, exist on the fringes of commercial laws and guidelines, and who took advantage of my business situation. They managed to save me a huge amount and set me back on the right track while taking the aforementioned lenders to task for their unscrupulous practices.

Don't expect a really quick result, as this process has taken 3 and a half months for me, but rather than facing a financial disaster I still have a good credit rating and will have all the debt paid off in 3-5 years.

If I could give Chris and his team 10 stars I would. My goodness. Absolute legendary. With me all the way, not a step missed. Extremely complex solution was required. Meeting Chapter Two saved our sanity and restored our faith in humanity! It is a company of total transparency and high ethics - something we found in short supply before meeting them.
We'd had an appalling journey before meeting Chapter Two and feel very lucky to have found them.
Chris and Mia were consummate professionals from the first step. They were compassionate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable in the processes of finances, banks and lending institutions.
They kept us up to date regularly even if there had been no action yet. This was a huge comfort that we had not been forgotten.
They explained step by step the process and strategy of what they were going to do - and they stuck to it. We are so grateful to them for how they represented us and the outcomes they achieved. Chapter Two is a saviour and we can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been really happy with the service from Chapter Two so far. We were drowning in debts for years. My wife had to stop working for few months due to depression . And we could not survive on single income, so had to apply for pay day loans to pay for groceries and to pay for existing loan repayments.
At the end we ended up having 23 debts, total of approx 250k. Even though my wife started working, we could not cope up with all these repayments. Little by little we started to get behind with repayments, then started getting never ending calls from collection teams forcing to pay the repayments. They even called us on Sundays. I could not explain the stress we went through during those days. Every night, my wife cried her self to sleep. And during this period, a major bank put a large default on my wife’s name. That made things even harder. Default was a mistake by the bank, it was later taken off by the bank. Due to all these reasons, all the banks, brokers rejected helping us. We contacted, the free services such as National debt services, Wayforward etc. all of them suggested selling the house and the car, pay the debts, and go bankruptcy. It was so painful to even think of selling the house, as it was not too long ago, we built this house with so much love.
This was a time we could not even afford the groceries. We were helpless, we didn't tell anyone about our problems.
Then another bank rejected our refinance due to the default. That was the last hope we had, once that got rejected, we felt really lost.
But miraculously, on that same afternoon when my wife was desperately searching on google, she saw this advertisement about Chapter Two. And she started reading all the reviews. And the review written on 2nd Nov 2020 by Gary Hutchinson, caught her eye. His situation was very similar to ours. So wife asked me to contact Chapter Two. I was not in a mood to call anyone after the rejection not too long ago. Hence decided to use online chat service. I expected a virtual assistant, but i was greeted by “Chris” himself.
We signed the agreement with Chapter Two on 30th July 2021, and gave authority to Chris & his team to handle our debts and to communicate with the banks behalf of us. Biggest relief was, this stopped all those harassing calls from collection teams.
And this is during the pandamic, and when most of the states are under restrictions.
And by December 16th 2021 our refinance got settled, paying all 23 debts. Chris managed to find a mortgage provider who agreed to refinance us with our current situation, and also Chris and his team, individually dealt with all those 23 debts, and managed to settle them for a reduced amounts. By March 9th 2022, we received confirmation from all debt providers that the debts were paid off and closed.
This time last year, we never ever thought things would change for the better.
We do understand, Chapter Two is not a free service, but we strongly believe, its well worth every dollar we paid. Those stressful days are over and no more.
We hope this review will be helpful for someone who is in a similar situation as we were.
