I don't usually leave reviews but…
I don't usually leave reviews but the amazing level of customer service has made me want to.
I had a slight issue with ordering and sent an email to try get it resolved I didn't expect to get a reply for a couple of days but I got a phone call the next day and my problem was fixed before lunch and my items arrived a couple days after. It's not as if my order was a high value one either it was less than £20 this fills me full of confidence with placing bigger orders and you now have a new customer for life.
I genuinely believe that this company has the best customer service in the country and I will be buying from again in the future.

Random Coin Choice Disappointing...
Price for the silver coins was the best around and delivery charges extremely fair.
Only 3 stars is due to the fact I ordered 5 coins that were of Chards choosing and could be from a selection of different UK designs. So why was Chards, in my opinion lazy and sent 5 of the SAME design and the SAME year?
Very dissapointed, If they had all been different, then it would've been 5 star.

First Time Investing in Coins
This was my first time investing in coins, I choose Chards from a recommendations from a friend and AI results. I was not disappointed. I visited the Blackpool office to purchase my coins. The staff were extremely helpful and no question was stupid. I dealt with a lady called Hilary she was very helpful and nothing seemed to be an issue or a problem. I didn't feel rushed at all, no pressure lots of information and she help confirm some of my research. I made my purchase comfortably without any pressure, will be using the Chards again for further investments.
