ChargebackKit gives ecommerce and SaaS merchants a fast, affordable way to respond to payment disputes. Instead of hiring a chargeback service that takes 20 to 35 percent of every recovery, merchants pay a flat $19 per dispute and keep what they win. For each dispute, ChargebackKit generates a submission-ready evidence pack formatted for the merchant's processor, including Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Square, and direct merchant accounts. Every pack contains a structured cover page, a reason-code-specific rebuttal narrative, labeled exhibits, and an evidence checklist, so the response is organized the way card networks expect to see it. The tool covers the most common dispute reason codes, including fraudulent or unauthorized charges, cancelled subscriptions, product not received, product not as described, duplicate charges, and credit not processed. Pricing is transparent and pack-based. A single case is $19, and volume packs of 5, 10, and 25 cases lower the per-case cost for higher-volume merchants. Credits never expire, there is no subscription, and guest checkout lets merchants start without creating an account. ChargebackKit is built for online stores, subscription and SaaS businesses, and the operations and finance teams responsible for protecting revenue.
