Unfortunately a poor quality product - insufficient magnet strength meant it fell off a few times, and charging was slow so had to replace within the month

My order was delayed due to the postage strike, 3 months later nothing delivered. Spoke to a lady who upgraded my order and sent out the following day. Fantastic customer service

I thought it was a charger for my Apple Watch but it was only a charging station but that’s ok I can charge my iPhone

I’d bought a night charging stand for…
I’d bought a night charging stand for Christmas and subsequently realised I needed a specific plug to power the unit. Whilst there was a problem with the first one being sent by Evri, a second one was sent. Fantastic customer service and very easy to contact, very reassuring when it’s easy to contact companies.

5-1 charger
I Purchased a 5-1 charger which had a fault ,so sent back to CHARGit who checked unit but couldn’t find fault but sending new unit anyway.

Excellent customer service
The nominated courier was Evri who are always appalling and have lost the charger. After a single email, Chargit sent another device via DPD which arrived shortly after as promised. I can’t ask for more than that.
I haven’t yet tried the device so can only comment on the excellent customer service

phone does not stick to charger, even after purchasing special case for phone and magnets. rubbish gadget. Potentially can damage phone as it keeps dropping off.

I bought an Apple 4in one charger and it is the worst product I have ever purchased . I bought the recommended plug for it it will not charge anything .I don’t know if it just a one off that it is crap but it is shocking . I have not bothered to complain because normally you get absolutely nowhere and it is what it is but really disappointed
