As everyone has said, the items are nothing like what you expect from the photos. The return policy makes you pay for shipping, which since it ships to China, costs about the same as the item itself, so not doing that. Plus, they are very clear that the item may never reach them and then you'll never get your refund. Hoax - don't buy clothes from China.

Do not use, total scam, very poor quality items and they make returns impossible.

I was completely scammed. I ordered a pair of shoes that looked great in the pictures, but what I received was cheap, poor-quality junk made in China. They look nothing like what was advertised. I paid around $80, and what I got isn’t even worth a penny.

They reviews on their site are fake. The location is fake and none of the items are remotely close to what is shone in the photos. THIS IS A SCAM!

They are an absolute scam! They will send you stuff. That is absolutely terrible and poor quality. They lure you into thinking you’re getting a great buy, but the stuff they send you isn’t even worth five bucks. Then when you go to send your return, they will not answer their phone to collect your package nor will they show up at their Postal Service to pick it up. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an online retail, and I am so embarrassed that I fell for it.

BEWARE of this company!! They are not located in New York! This company operates out of China and they deceive people with that New York location. Once you place your order and submit payment you then see on your statement that payment is going overseas, it will show London. It takes forever for you to receive your merchandise and once you have, the quality is sub par. Trying to return is ridiculous, you go through a series of emails before they give you a location to return which turns out to be China. I believe the reason the cloths took so long was they were being made according to the order placed on line. Also they want you to pay for shipping and handling using their carrier DHL with tracking numbers etc. The cost to ship the items back cost 3 times more then what you paid for the items in the first place. It is better to just donate the items which I plan on doing. Don't waste your time or money on this outfit!!!! I would like to give them a 0 rating if such a rating existed.

Pictures do not match the items you get. It seems they do knock offs. BUT they use the original pictures so you think you are getting something you are not. The clothing material IS THE CHEAPEST. I have never received such poor quality EVER. They make the retuen impossible. Still trying to get my returns "approved". NEVER BUY FROM THEM

If you made a purchase, reach out to your bank and report fraud! Do not waste your time writing letters to the “company”! The bank will fight for you! Capital1 has this support, try your bank!

One of the worst online retail experiences I’ve ever had. It’s all a front that pretends to be in New York, but it’s nothing but a Chinese shoe shack the delivery took forever and when it arrived, it was the wrong shoes the wrong size. The quality was terrible for the price I paid. When I tried to return, they wanted me to jump through hoops and shipped the shoes back to China, which would probably cost me half the price. There is NO Charles and Nancy from New York. It’s just shitty shoes from China. ! Totally totally DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!! They suck, and words I don’t want to spell 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I just tried to return a blouse which was completely misrepresented. It was the right color but that was about it. Everything else was terrible--unwearable. Because it is in China, the delivery was almost as much as the item. Charles & Nancy know this so they get away with a very scammy business. BEWARE!

Took 6 weeks to arrive (from China). Wore pants for TWO HOURS and the leg seam fell apart! Tried to return 3 items that didn't fit, and continue to receive emails asking for more and more information (photos of items, etc.) DON'T PURCHASE HERE!!

Like others, wish I had read these reviews before buying. The dress I ordered did not look like or match the fabric description on their site. Very cheap fabric and poor construction, with lots of sewed in rumples. Returns are not Amazon-like, to say the least.

I bought a pair of dress sandals that were posted on what I thought was a real Pinterest site. They took too long to arrive for the occasion I needed them for. The materials were cheap and they looked poorly made. I had made sure I could return them but turns out that it cost more than the purchase amount to return them (to China). I also had to send photos to get permission to return them. A learning experience but I would not ever trust an unknown e-commerce vendor again.

Wish I had researched and found these reviews before I purchased a dress. Not as pictured, cheap fabric , was not aware it was outside the US until
I tried To track shipment. I wrote
Them and got a response saying send us more money for shipping and they’ll send me something else. Um no, I’ll eat the 80 dollars and chalk it up to a stupid mistake.

Horrible! Shoes are inferior quality. Paid $74.00 and they make you pay to exchange or return. Basically they tell you to jump through the hoops to get a return label, pay for it and you’ll get $12.00 back. Horrible company. No wonder they are closing.

Didn't purchase anything, but was questioning the legitimacy of this site, stock photos from other sites that I thought I recognized. Also, the saying goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't... Glad I didn't give them my money... They should be ashamed of themselves

The shoes I ordered looked like something a blind child would piece together in there basement with the cheapest fabric possible. They must have took a picture of the original shoes put it on there site. And had some inexperienced person try to copy it. I can not get a refund I tried to contact on numerous occasions.
They said they were in New York along with there warehouse. But they say the only way I can get a full refund is to ship it to Asia per cost to me. I've put in a complaint with the bank
I have all the emails from them lying about there location. This is criminal how are they still able to get away with this. I am going to post everything I have including all emails and pictures to every social media I can find.

Ordered Aiden one should dress. Material is awful, comes from China, doesn't even have a label. Stay. Returns aren't legit. STAY AWAY from this site, it is total rip off.

Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I ordered. I'll second everything that's already said. Quality is terrible. The dress I ordered looked like a sad, cheap knock off of the image on C&N website. They say you can return things, but shipping is at your cost, TO CHINA! That'll cost more than the item purchased and I had a sneaking suspicion that even if the dress made it all the way back, there would be some 'gotcha' and they wouldn't refund my money. I will never order from this place again.

Totally bummed. Do not buy. The quality is horrible- the prices and descriptions make it seem like they are great quality but everything is basically see through and the fabric feels weird and smells like chemicals.
If you choose to ignore the warning bc the pics are so pretty take this advice- order big. Even in shoes. I wear an 8.5 and ordered the 9, and they are to small.
