Outstanding service! I ordered on the 23rd Dec at 2pm and received the candles at midday on Christmas Eve! These candles are superb quality - I was always a White Company fan, particularly of the Winter candle, but I shall be getting my winter candles from Charles Farris from now on - a stronger scent and in a beautiful glass jar.

I love scented candles. I came across this company when they had a stall at a famous flower show and loved the smell of their scented candles. They also provide excellent long candles for candle-sticks and chandeliers. Their candles last longer than similar priced competitors so are more cost-effective. I have ordered from them regularly since and have always been very satisfied with the candles.

We ordered quite a few candlesticks and worried over their condition upon arrival, but we needn't have worried. They were expertly packaged and are such a lovely shade of green and ivory - the shape and feel indicate excellent craftsmanship. We feel that this was money well spent. This is now our candle company.

Beautiful collection of fragrances. My favourite is Garden of Eden. I have introduced many of my friends to Charles Farris products.

Having purchased Grand Cascade candle at a garden centre I was amazed at the scent throw as well as the gorgeous smell of what I can only explain is a burning log fire, smoky and deep and always buy from Charles Farris direct as good deals and prompt service. These are the best scented candles on the market by far.

I am based in the US and find ordering from Charles Farris as easy as ordering domestically. They process the order and ship immediately. I usually get my candles within a week. The packaging is excellent. I’m have never received a damaged product or had any confusion with billing. The quality of the candles is outstanding.

Beautiful products, I bought the reed diffuser and some tinned candles. I left a note on my order and a real person emailed me the next morning to answer my question.
The products arrived the next day and the reed diffuser is still giving off a wonderful fragrance weeks later.

The Winter’s Tale candle is a favourite and always elicits compliments from friends. It is a clean, warm and subtle scent which creates a cosy, festive ambience.

Huge fan of Charles Farris scented candles. Most recent order, one candle was broken during delivery. Received excellent customer service from Carolyn who resolved this issue and a replacement candle was received the very next day.

Unfortunately I have been disappointed, I recieved my candle which I bought as a Christmas present but when it arrived it had scratch marks on the top looked like a second , so I have been in touch with sales returned the candle and I am waiting for confirmation they have sent another one

These candles totally eclipse the competition.
They last longer, smell better and are a cut above the usual scented candle.
Gives then as Christmas gifts and you’ll be hugely popular - I’ve got a few trucked away already !

The candles were truly lovely. The Fir Tree was the first I have had that actually permeated Xmas Tree smell through the house.

Best candles I've ever had.... no droping, wonderful colors!

I've got a Charles Farris 3wick candle as a gift and I'm honestly obsessed! The scent is very strong and you can smell it in the room even with the candle unlit... I guess it's a matter of taste but I feel the portobello one is the perfect scent for my taste! Deffo recommend it
