My expensive luxury mattress from Charles P. Rogers is only 5- years old and is completely deformed and uncomfortable. I wake up every day in pain when I sleep on this mattress and have gotten better sleep on beds in chrap hotels. The manufacturer does not stand behind their lifetime guarantee and I have contacted them multiple times. They are absolutely terrible mattresses. I wish that I could upload my photos here to show my sunken mattress.

In September 2025, I ordered a paris iron bed from Charles P Rogers. It arrived at the very end of the 12, week window for delivery. Upon trying to put it together, I realized that a support bar was missing. It took them a month to send a replacement part - which turned out not to be the right part.

The bed, itself, is beautiful, but the customer service has been disappointing. If you buy from them, be prepared.

It is a split mattress. One was soft for my wife and firm on my side. It was a great bed for 6 months, but then it started to collapse in the middle of both individual mattresses. That got worse, and now I can't sleep in the middle on my side because it's sunk so far down.

The company wanted pictures. I sent photos and a video. They responded with a laundry list of additional items. It became very clear they weren't going to honor the warranty.

I looked into a small claims lawsuit, but in my county, to file, the company had to have a physical presence or a representative located in our county. Since they are in NY with no representation in our county, that killed that.

First, don't do business with them; second, don't buy a mattress online.

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Charles P. Rogers Mattress Store in King of Prussia, PA, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience, especially thanks to the exceptional service provided by Michael O'Donnell.

From the moment we walked in, Michael was friendly, welcoming, and immediately made us feel at ease. He was completely unfazed by two men trying out mattresses, treating us with the same care and respect as any other customer. His knowledge and expertise about the mattresses were outstanding. Michael went above and beyond, using cutaways to show the superior craftsmanship and quality of the Charles P. Rogers mattresses.

He explained the benefits of their top-quality materials, pure latex, and custom-crafted, made-to-order designs in a way that was both intelligent and engaging. On top of that, Michael’s sense of humor and wit made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.

If you're in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Michael O'Donnell. You'll not only get a great product but also an unparalleled shopping experience. Five stars all the way!

Horrible delivery and setup, absolutely terrible customer service followup. Stuck with it I guess since they have my money and I have a junk bed. Bed frame rattles and drives me crazy, unacceptable 6000 dollar purchase. Do not give them a single dollar. When I asked for them to take it back they just give you some song and dance about how they are going to make it right- well…

This company is terrible. Do not order a mattress from them. I ordered one from them in 2020 and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.

First, the delivery guys were careless and disrespectful of my home. They left stains on my walls and moved so quickly that they didn't care about damaging anything. When I complained to the company, they only offered me a measly $100 refund after I sent them photos of the damage.

Three months ago, I noticed a dip in the middle of the mattress. I contacted the company again and had to send them multiple photos of the issue before they would even acknowledge it. Their warranty is designed to make it difficult for customers to get help, even when the mattress is clearly defective.

Despite the clear fault in the mattress, the company refused to help me because they said my foundation was too old. They had previously told me that my foundation looked good, but then they changed their story and said that the law label said it was too old. It took me several months to resolve this issue, and in the end, I got nothing.

When I first researched the mattress, I only found good reviews. I now believe that these reviews were all paid for. If you check the company's ratings, you'll see that there are many complaints about their poor customer service and unethical business practices.

I'm surprised that this company is still in business. They have the worst business ethics I've ever experienced. After my experience, I'm making sure that everyone knows that this company should not be in business.

This company is the worst. Please do NOT spend your money here. My daughter brought me a bed and as soon as I open the box I thought the bed was not the quality I was expecting and called to return it. Talked a person named Tina and she said did I set up the bed and why didn't I like the bed if I had not set it up and I would be charged 20% restock fee. Having called in to buy the bed that was not on the receipt that was emailed but we did ask and was told we could return no problem but was never told about the fee. Talked to the manager (Thomas Bisogne) a week later when no one had responded with Fedex pickup and was told that I had been recorded saying that I put the bed together and that voided the contract. I told him the bed was still in the original box and was called a liar and they were not taking it back. For one thing I live in California where you have to be notified that you're being recorded so that is illegal and I have pictures showing the bed in the original bed. This company should not be able to operate in such an unethical manner. Also they have their website blocked from receiving negative feedback. I called the BBB and disputed with credit card company no resolve yet. Run, don't walk away from this company!!!!!
