I ordered 2 sets of 20 replacement elastics and only received 2 in the mail. Not the 40 I ordered. I reached out and was told they would ship the correct order and send me a tracking number when it became available. A week later I asked for an update because I had no tracking number and they said it should be there that day. 3 days pass and nothing. I’ve reached out every week since then for 3 weeks and heave been told to be patient. I ended up requesting a refund because I had to go out and buy new diapers from a different company because the elastics on my CB were too worn without the replacements and I couldn’t wait any longer. I still haven’t heard about my refund....so disappointed!! Customer service gets back to you quick but doesn’t do anything about the issue.

Shipped fast and I like the product. It’s a little warmer and thicker but more breathable than disposables. Washed out easily in the machine after a pre rinse.

Charlie Banana, I was very exited to buy this products but the purchase and delivery experience has been horrible, the team almost never respond to my emails and my facebook massages, I have to be checking constantly USPS page, that btw is the most expensive and slow service I have ever had in my life, (purchase total $302.94 / shipping cost $124.50).
Is been almost a month and the product don't arrive and your logistic team don't even reply. Is very sad to have this first experience and such a disappointment

I love my Charlie Banana reusable pantyliners! I have tried other brands in the past and they don't stay in place. My new Charlie Banana liners stay in place the entire day. I wore them over the last two days while working over 12 hour shifts. Extremely dependable! I am so happy with my purchase and wish I had discovered Charlie Banana liners years ago!

My child can pull clasp apart and take off amber necklace. If it had a stronger clasp it would be better.

A really nice product! Cute patterns, soft and comfortable to wear, and the snaps hold it in place! They seem like a durable product and hopefully they'll last me a long time. It took several days to ship out, but that doesn't bother me too much as I know not every company can be insanely fast like Amazon.

Love our “Dude” swim diaper. We have a pool and swim daily. Last year’s diaper is still in good shape this summer!!!! Be sure to wash inside out to preserve the lettering.
