Horrible customer service. After several of Same email from them saying the same we are sorry and how can we help and I sent the same thing back... The pants are too big and they said that's not a reason to return so it was denied.

Update: they emailed me again today and said I should be receiving a refund and to expect it in 10 days, that was this morning. Throughout the day I received four more emails stating the exact same wording as the previous emails, to send a picture and I can’t return them because I don’t like them. Ended up responding to that same email they kept sending me three times with a picture of the jeans and then the final email that I can’t get refund. Talked to credit card and put in a dispute. Hopefully will get my money back that way. This company is a total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I bought 2 pair 2 different sizes to compare. Both fit tight or looked tight in the side pockets. I tried to return them. They responded I needed a reason. Then I gave them a detailed reason. One was the material was denim instead of sweatpants material. I thought they would be denim color but stretchy sweatpants naterial. That was not enough. They next requested a photo which I then sent off to them. Then they denied my return because they don’t except that the looks should be a reason to return them. What a kick in the gut.

These are a scam. The sweatpant jeans are just a crappy jean material. Nothing like a sweatpant. The company will not refund the purchase and they say its because its based on appearance. It doesn't matter what they say, they just won't refund the items. The items also took a month to come and when I asked about it, they said it was because they didn't expect them to sell so well and were trying to keep up with the orders. I believe they don't plan on filling the order unless you reach out. Doesn't matter, because when they do finally reach you-the item looks nothing like what you ordered, its a piece of crap, don't fit well (weird seam at underwear area-flagged for inappropriate language when I wrote cro-tch), and you can't return them. Go to your credit card company and dispute it. Got my money back that way. Good luck!!!

False advertised!!! BEWARE IT’S A SCAM! You will receive your items but, they look nothing like what they say they are. They DO NOT feel or look like sweatpants. I ordered 3 pairs (dark denim, light denim, and black) the black pair had a jean button and zipper just like regular jeans and they were made for a small person. The other 2 pairs feel and look like jeans as well but, with an elasticized waist for like children who can’t button their pants yet. The quality was extremely poor and when I asked for a refund they asked for pictures of what I received. I sent the pics over to them and they came back stating that what was received was correct and nothing was wrong with them. Also, they will not refund me. They do not stand behind customer satisfaction at all! Total disappointment and I wish I had read the reviews first. I will also be notifying my followers on instagram, snap, and FB. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed. Was looking forward to promoting them at my boutique which, is why I ordered all 3 colors. Will place a warning on this website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$!

Awful. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I ordered these “sweatpant jeans”
They are awful, not sweatpant material and not worth even half the price I paid.
Their “30 day return policy” is not real as they have to pre-approve a return.
I request a return within an hour of receiving and the request was denied.

This company is a SCAM, the pants did not fit and there is no return.....what??? I should have done a better job of reviewing.

Terrible cheap jeans still , no stretch. Contacted them 4 times to return within a day of ordering no response. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back! Do not buy!!!!

These are not sweatpant jeans. They are cheap jeans. They will not reply for a refund

I ordered the sweatpant jeans, and was happy with my experience, I saw this company on tiktok and received my order very fast, i think 6 days to be exact, overall I'm very happy with these jeans, worth the price!

Order 3 months ago on their other site (Akoilo Jeans). It never arrived, reached out 10!!! times to customer support, never received a response. Number on their website is disconnected.

Many others have made public complaints and made reports to the BBB and fraud report for the company that runs these fraud sites (AM Commerce LLC). Seems like they are now deceiving under a new website (Charlie Bellucci) because of the many reports.

Disputed with bank and they gave my money back.
