I couldn’t fault this company if I tried. This was my fifth order and I e-mailed them because I wanted an item that wasn’t in stock and I wanted personalisation in a specific colour not offered. Ed replied 10 minutes after I send my e-Mail and added the onesie that was out of stock to the system as he had one left and told me it was no problem to have the colour I wanted for the personalisation. I placed my order on the 11th January and received my order on the 13th via DHL (one of the best delivery cervices) I didn’t expect the parcel so quickly as the stitching of the letters are beautiful and I would’ve thought it took much longer. The onesies are of exceptionally good quality with lots of pockets and zippers and they are very thick and warm, wich is helpful as I have the heating on in only one room and on low to be able to afford my gas & electric bill. If I could get away with it I would wear them 24/7 they are that comfortable.

Amazing customer service when I had an issue with a product I had purchased. Highly recommend, buy with confidence.

It took almost 10 weeks of hassle to get the onesie, after numerous delays. The owner told me the delays were due to problems with their supplier, yet their Facebook page said that all stock had arrived, but gone straight out due to the high level of pre-orders!!!

They don't bother to contact you about these delays, by the way, instead leaving it up to their customers to phone/email them.

They clearly take more orders than they or their supplier can handle, and their dishonesty and dreadful customer service is unforgivable. Such a shame, because the onesie itself seems fine, but I have never had such a bad experience... and I make numerous online purchases throughout the year.

So there you have it: Buyer beware... and if you still decide to go ahead and make a purchase, whatever you do make sure the item is actually in stock before you give them your hard-earned cash!
