Gorgeous shoes 🥰
I am so excited to wear these shoes!
I went for the Jazzy Pearl. Stunning, classy and great quality 👌
Hassle free and straight forward purchase and returns. I ordered 2 pairs as I was undecided on style.
Would highly recommend x

I purchased a pair of what I thought would be luxury wedding shoes & boy was I wrong!
I wore my shoes for 2hrs max & they are falling apart! The lining is coming away from the shoe on both feet!
I contacted customer services who simply said speak to John Lewis where you got them from, funnily enough John Lewis sent me back go Charlotte Mills.
Charlotte Mills customer service claim that the lining coming away after 2hrs wear is reasonable wear and tear & offered for me to send my shoes so they can ‘try to fix them’! I dread to think what state my shoes would be in if I had worn them longer!
I have now gone back to John Lewis and asked them to help resolve this as I am extremely disappointed in 1. The shocking quality of the shoes (I’ve had heels from high street shops last a lot lot longer) and 2. The customer service - or lack of!

Disappointing quality for beautiful shoes. The shoes literally fell to pieces on my wedding day. First, the quote on the bottom rubbed away which I did expect having read others reviews. However, what I didn't expect was a horrible plasticy film dangling unsightly from my shoe. Then, one of the rubber sole pieces from my left hill fell out and hasn't been found. I wouldn't mind if I trekked on hard terrain but I was on carpet and dance floor all day. Would not reccomend.

I cringed when I opened the box for these. Quite tacky shoes, poorly made in a horrible textured finish, and nowhere near as nice in real life as on their website.

Just brought the new Mia Pearl and they are OUT OF THIS WORLD 😍 not to mention the amazing customer service from Debbie who helped me along the way!
The box they come in is amazing and the little added touches that come with also is so heartwarming. I can’t wait to wear them on my special day in June 2024 🤍

Firstly, I want to say I purchased two dresses one dress was on pre-order, the other was not. I was expecting to receive the dress that wasn’t on pre-order, but for some reason they held the full order back and did not send the one dress which was available. After ordering the dress in January and by mid February still hadn’t arrived I thought I’d check the website and I was astonished to see that the orders were not going to be sent out until April!! so I contacted customer service and asked to cancel my order because my Hen Party is taking place before then! Next thing I know I get an email saying the order has been shipped today… oh really just now?? So i can’t cancel. Hmm. given that the website says the pre-orders will not be fulfilled until April I thought this was extremely bizarre. Theres clearly some kind of publicity or marketing thing going on and dresses are available, but they are continuing to take orders when they know that supply cannot meet demand perhaps a cash grab?? Over the last few weeks my Facebook and Instagram has been flooded with ads from this company.Anyway the two dresses arrived, the ashley dress in satin with a feather hem. All I can say is - The sizing is completely off, it drowned me, possibly made for very tall women as the dress was past my knees not flattering? I Ordered a size 12 my true size and it fit more like a size 16 and was completely shapeless. The other dress I ordered for My hen Party was the sparkly bobbi dress, the quality and shape is just really bad. The cups on the dress are really ill fitting and the finish and straps feel really cheap. The dress was also really quite thin and see-through, which I was surprised for the price tag. You could see my underwear through it for £160?! the items were well packaged, but that’s really the only positive thing I can say. I will be returning. The juice is just not worth the squeeze.

The shoes looked fabulous, and were comfortable on the thickly carpeted floor of the pop-up shop where I tried them on. I chose the Jazzy mid-height block heel and I thought they would be my dream shoe.
Wearing them in the real world was a different experience. After an hour I was in agony. Even for short periods, if you are standing on a hard surface, they hurt like hell. A tremendous disappointment.

Beautiful shoes on purchase but only suitable for one wear. I wore them for about 8 hours on my wedding day. 90% of the time indoors and a large chunk of that seated. The soles have completely worn down and you cant read the lovely writing that was etched into the leather. No warning this would happen and so sad and disappointed that this is the case and the lovely wording is no longer readable. They have been cleaned so it is most definitely not dirt. Customer services have told me, that's just what happens with High quality leather. So disappointed because I was thrilled with them when I got them and so sad to see them when I took them off. I presumed I must have had a dodgy pair so reached out for support and that was what I was told. Not good enough for a £200 + pair of shoes.
