In April2020 I ordered a leather jacket and it has not been delivered yet😡
in February i paid for a leather jacket..the majmuni have not sent yet, they don't even reply to the mail anymore..if someone knows how to report a charmguy i would be grateful ..I gave them all the information and evidence about the payment .. they always say I'm not worried and everything is fine ..
Ordered a wool jacket from this rip-off site on 11th March. Since then I have had numerous e-mails saying that there have been delays and that my order would be fast-tracked and that I was 'not to worry' and my order would be with me by 1st April at the latest. Needless to say, no order has been received and, at this stage, I would be surprised if I ever receive anything from them. In my opinion, as a customer, this site is nothing more than a con-game, designed only to part unsuspecting shoppers from their money. Be Warned! avoid this site like the (coronavirus) plague. They'll take your money and give you nothing.
Besser nichts dort kaufen. Don't buy anything in this shop. It seems to be a fraud shop. Even pay pal was not a guaranty as they are working with dirty tricks to get the pay pal warranty removed Mfg Omyla M.

Cheater from China!
CHARMGUY.COM is a online shop from China. Unfortunately I was not aware of this when I ordered. After I realized this I made use of my 14-day right of withdrawal. CHARMGUY.COM simply does not accept the cancellation of my purchase in due time. They keep sending me beggingmails to "Keep my order" because "it so hard to cancel the order". I demand the return of my money with every one of my 12 replies to their letters so far, and I only get standard mails each time, telling me how long it will take until they deliver. This has been going on since 12th of Febr. 2020. They ignore the request to return my money completely and permanently. I feel cheated by CHARMGUY.COM and to be honest, I feel fu**ked too. It's a cheek how CHARMGUY.COM deals with customers from abroad. In my opinion they are scammers who rip people off from China. I can only advise everyone: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUBIOUS SHOP!
PS: Why do these scammers get 3 stars here?
So what happened next? I reported the case to Paypal and was completely refunded the purchase amount by Paypal. Completely unexpectedly three days ago a plastic bag from China arrived here. The content: A much too small and ugly anorak instead of a hoody and two long-sleeved shirts - both also much too small. The matt colours and the bad quality have nothing, but nothing to do with the photos from the online shop. All unusable and ripe for the bucket.
By the way; Charmguy.com is no longer available online, the scammers now use the name:
Vogueinus.com.
For God's sake, don't buy anything from these swindlers !!!
