We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tour provided by Charming Destination. We truly enjoyed our Endless Japan package. It covered several must see places and was reasonably priced.
We were helped and assisted by David Ariaga, who has been an excellent support throughout the whole process of arranging the tour.
We were happy and will use this company again for our next Europe tour.

Easy to find someone to talk with and ask questions. Haven't been on the tour yet, but it looks interesting.

Even though my husband and I were not able to go on our trip, Charming Travel Destination was amazing at answering our questions and was quick on refunding us. We will definitely use them in the future for when we do go on a trip. Great customer service.

The Japan Tour was awesome but I do wish that on the last day there was more time to stay in Shibuya to shop around with everyone on the Tour before the Free Day because some people were leaving or already preparing to leave. For the Beijing Tour the “optional” tours should already be included and should not be an extra cost.

A few months back, my wife and I traveled to Japan with Charming Travel Destinations. I am not normally the type to leave reviews online, but the trip and services provided greatly surpassed my expectations and I feel others should know about this company.

The booking process is very easy and the Charming staff (every pun intended !) are very helpful. Pre-departure, I called the office several times and always received great advice and guidance.

The tour was a fantastic experience and tons of fun. The itinerary was busy, but we wanted it that way. Our goal was to see as much of Japan as possible with the time and budget we had set aside. I still can't believe how much we saw in a week...Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Yokohama and several smaller Japanese villages! We were provided with comfortable / well-chosen hotels, delicious authentic Japanese meals and a kind, knowledgeable and good-humored tour guide.

I am currently planning my next trip with Charming Travel Destinations for this coming March. My wife and I have decided to continue exploring Asia, this time we will join a 10-day program to Singapore, Malaysia and Bali.

So far the booking process has been so efficient, specifically David Arriaga has been my direct contact and he is amazing! Detail oriented, professional, and very efficient. I ask for a couple of changes and he worked for days to make sure every one of my requests was done successfully.

Charming Travel Destinations is very customer sensitive, is straightforward and easy to work with and is reasonably priced. They make it simple to get ready for the trip.

David has been so helpful and accommodating with our request to extend our Japan tour with 2 nights in Beijing. The other agents were not just helpful but professional and friendly

We responded to TravelZoo for a trip called "Beautiful Korea and Japan - Travelzoo Special" and was contacted by Charming Travel Destinations (CTD) who took our order (June, 2018) and provided a cost breakdown. After paying for the travel order, we were provided with etickets that had the wrong dates of the trip. After reviewing, the corrected etickets were sent to us. We were contacted (by email) by David Arriaga, a Charming Travel Consultant with updated travel information during the process. However on the day of travel (October, 2018), when trying to confirm our flights to Korea (first location) through Beijing on Air China Limited, the eticket numbers provided by CTD didn't allow check-in because they were wrong! On the day of travel (October, 2018) we tried to call (David) at CTD and another person (Jean Leong) indicated that we should be provided with corrected eticket numbers but then the Air China web site didn't allow check-in using those numbers due to it's limited website (as can be seen in Air China site reviews). We then had to call Jean at CTD to check us in and also to provide a copy of the new etickets. All the while, David Arriaga DID NOT call us back on any of the issues or problems noted in this review. As indicated, this is part one of three, the travel preparation. Hopefully, the second part (the trip to Korea and Japan) and the third part (final analysis) will be more satisfying based on the cost and time undertaken for an Asian trip using Charming Travel Destinations, located in El Monte, CA.

Such an amazing experience. Charming travel destinations made everything sooo easy and convenient!!! We’ll definitely do another trip with them in the future.
