Order never arrived and no customer support
I ordered a bracelet more than 10 days ago and I still have not received it. The tracking has not updated since December 6, and the company has not replied to any of my messages. I tried contacting them through Instagram and their website, but I received no support. Very disappointing experience and I do not recommend ordering from this shop.

Placed an order Nov 16. received info that it has been delivered Dec 4 at 5:48. AM! The order was not delivered. Lovely charms just as advertised. They also supply the package with the tool to help place the charms on the bracelet. It was a wonderful surprise and so beneficial. In addition, they have excellent customer service. I emailed them pertaining a missing item in the order (there was a note indicating it was out of stock) and they were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. They shipped the missing items and I did receive them.

Broken Charm Update
I wrote a review a few weeks back regarding a charm that I ordered that unfortunately ended up breaking very soon after purchase. I wrote a distasteful review that the company saw and replied to offering they would resend the charm. I am very pleased to say the company did follow through and sent me another charm.
