When we arrived at the departure airport, we were informed that CFG had not paid for the flight, and
we could not depart until payment was made. I called both numbers for CFG and the first mailbox was full. I left two messages on the other number, and no return call was received. The pilot w in constant communication with his main office, and after an hour's delay, a wire transfer was finally received. I frankly thought CFG had gone broke and there was no one to answer the phone. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Right off...Ursula was AMAZING from the get go. Wonderful personality and all about the customer and their needs, yet it all felt light and breezy and always clear and precise! By the 3rd call...it was like calling a friend! And with our special circumstances, she could not have been more compassionate and empathetic.We were new charter customers and she was patient and explained everything so clearly...she always made us feel important and heard. You don't find that level of joyful customer service often...rarely! Please let her know just how much my sister, Margie and I appreciated every conversation...she's a GEM! And I can only imagine how respected and what an asset she is to the company! Brava!

Plane was on-time, flight crew was very engaging & ground transportation was coordinated smoothly. Only issue we had was with John Carnemolla. He was rude over email when pricing was requested. Turboprop pricing was never received.

I arrived early and the flight took off as soon as refueling was done. Very friendly pilot and flight attendant Ride was smooth and we arrived 40 minutes early at a great terminal. My 2 dogs slept the whole way. A wonderful stress free experience! My second trip with CFG and both were wonderful!

Our Flight and Crew were fantastic.

Always a special treat to fly 'private wings'. Crew and plane were nice....to be very nice, there should have
been more interaction with the crew....where we are, when we'll arrive, points of interest...etc. Those little add ons would made the trip more special.

When I first contacted your company I was told that our plane would depart at 9am. The 9am departure time was important to me because that would mean we could make our game in Dallas at 3pm. Then I got a call saying that the departure time would be 10am. That meant we would miss at least the first half. But we arrived at the FBO and it was locked. And we did not depart until 10:41am. We did not get to the game until the beginning of the fourth quarter.

Being there on time ... great flight .. very personable ... perfect catering !!

Great pilots, good aircraft and everything was on time!

The flight crew was excellent. We departed and arrived essentially on time and avoided some bumpy air. made an excellent landing with a flat tire. The catering service had a problem but we made do. it was a good trip.

I had a medical issue which required me to get to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN within 12 hours. FLYCFG (Anna Foy) worked (starting at 4am) to find me a flight. By 8am, I had a flight booked for that same afternoon. I could not be more grateful.

Adam was great to deal with. The entire staff did a great job following up the entire time. Our pilots were excellent.

CFG's team is outstanding and seems to consider every possible need of their clients. I charter very often and I have never had better and more consistent service than I get from CFG.

We were in a pinch and needed a flight asap. and Your service jump on the rescue. We were in the air in less than 3 hrs. and arrive faster than we were quoted. Anna Foy, answered all my questions and were very efficient in very area she is the best. She and your team definitely gave us fast and efficient service. They did everything she said they would and in a very effective manner. Your team was awesome.

Working with David Quiroga is always easy. The pilots especially Rene Cortez were helpful and professional.

The pilots and the incredibly smooth process from pre-takeoff to landing, arrived earlier than scheduled to the Mutual pleasure of both pilots and ourselves. PS hope we will have the same pilots on the return flight!

The morning of our flight the pilot was sick, therefore a new flight crew, plane and departure airport had to be arrange. CFG did a great job re-booking the flight. As a result, we departed within two hours of our original flight.
