I ordered a calendar on Dec. 8th. It was meant for a birthday present in early January. Now, more than 2 months since I ordered it, I still haven't received it.
They won't refund it, because it's "on the way". They claim to be in contact with the postal service, but cannot tell me which service that is.

Total scammers after two months the hat box arrived broken sent pictures and they said I can fixed and used. No offer to pay to send it back and haven’t given me a refund! Don’t buy from them!!!!!

I think this company are just scam merchants. Ordered some coasters early January that haven’t arrived. It is now April. Every email complaint just gets an automatic reply from a bot that never addresses the complaint. Avoid this company like the plague

Ordered "flowers" for my daughter. She's allergic to pollen, so ideal...or so I thought! First of all the "matching card" - I wasn't given the option of adding a message. When I contacted them they said that the card comes blank for you to add your own message. Pointed out that I was sending it to my daughter in Hungary. Got a gobbledygook message back so I thought I'd just wait and see. I did get regular tracking messages. I got one saying it had been delivered. My daughter says, obviously, she didn't know who it was from. It won't open. She followed the instructions to "puff it out" but it didn't work, I've requested a refund but, reading these reviews, I think this is very unlikely,

What ever you do…..do not order from this site/company.
Waiting 3 months for something that wasn’t as advertised.

After reading other reviews here I almost cancelled my order. I'm really glad I didn't know as the fold-out 3D card I ordered is amazing. It did take over a month to get to the UK but I ordered in enough time for Mother's Day. It's really pretty and an amazing gift.

Been waiting over 2 months for my order. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered a calender in the beginning of December 2022 and still haven’t received. Sent 3 emails and got the same standard answers. My last email was a request for refund, but I think I could forget about this. What a BS company, a bunch of swindlers! I would suggest them to earn their money in an honest way. Minus 5 stars!

Over three months later and the items have still not arrived. I contacted the compony one month ago, they said they would sort it out with the carrier. One month later they asked me to wait patiently for the order to update. This is not a serious business.

I can believe the bad quality of the items I just received for 30$, I would not have even bought this at the 1$, seriously. It's unthinkable that a companie would even waist money on shippind such a thing. I'm very disapointed.

I ordered shoes on 12-30-2022 and still haven't received them. I have tried to get some action from you and am getting mad. I payed over 42.00 for these and it is getting warm. I needed them for winter. I want the shoes or my money back.

I ordered and paid for 2 calendars on 30/12/2022. To this day, I have not received them. I paid 49.36 euros for these. I sent a mail and received a standard reply.
Lesson learned, rogue company!!!

BS company. Told me the item shipped, then a week later I got the tracking info. Untrustworthy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Totally dishonest, untrustworthy company based in China that will rip you off with very cheap rubbish products that are nothing like the products shown on their website - BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered 12/8/2022 today is 1/26/2023 and still have yet to receive my order. Their customer service just says the order is on the way. Also, they were not transparent about the company providing the item was in Sweden requiring customs declarations etc. I have requested a refund, but no response.

Ordered a gift for my mother on nov 2 2022 for Christmas was guaranteed it be here by Christmas still haven't received. Try to go on my account to contact them emailed them ..won't let me. Just jeep.sending it back..Anyone have an email for them.

They do not deserve 1 star !! I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter…never got anything !!

I don't even want to give them one star !!! Ordered shoes from them, took forever to get them, they come from Croatia !!!! When I got them they are at least one full size to a full size and a half to big. The color they are supposed to be is gray, they are two different colors and are not attractive at all. After contacting this company they said their warehouse said they are the correct item and can't I just give them to someone else !!!! I have requested my refund and will send them back and even pay the postage !!!

I believe these people area also to do with soulpainter: I don't know who is at fault here - the logistics has had a package stuck in the UK since Christmas (25th December) and it still has not been delivered. I was getting semi-regular delivery tracking, but that has gone quiet. If it carries on much longer I will have to try and claw the money back via PayPal.

The tracking infomation doesn't match - one lot says the goods came via various part of the USA... When I chase the order and they respond, they give me another bunch of tracking information that has the item coming from China - which I tend to believe, as that was always my hunch.

I bought a pair of shoes that I thought was from the USA. Took awhile to receive & when I did, before I could open the package they reeked of an industrial smell. They are cheaply made and although I haven’t even worn them, I’m pretty sure they will fall apart. I’m actually not sure I will be wearing bc of the stench! Ugh! Oh, they also have a a crease smack down the middle of the top of the shoe. They will not refund because they said it is the shoes that I purchased. Put your money elsewhere. 😡
