After being told I wasn't able to get a mortgage by several other companies I was disappointed and about to give up.

I give charwin a call and spoke to a member of staff called Jamie. He give me some reassurance and said he would be able to help. I've had money problems in the past and it was also complicated because my grandad had to be on the mortgage.

Jamie has worked hard and helped me get my right to buy mortgage. Something I thought was impossible. I will always be grateful for the help and fantastic service from charwin and Jamie. I couldn't recommend them any more.

Lucy and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Due to various reasons I initially struggled to get a High St mortgage but Lucy managed to find us a very reasonable rate with another lender. We put in offers on a number of houses over a 6 month period with Lucy finding us a better deal each time, which eventually led to a High St lender offering us their best rate available! A very easy process with staff being available every time we contacted them. I would highly recommend Charwin.

From the moment I spoke with Lorne, I just knew i had made the right decision with Charwin. Professional, personable and he clearly knew the market, quickly providing 2 very viable offers for me. The proactive actions of Lorne and Diana ensured i was always up to speed with progress. Never once did i have to chsse them, which is quite unique these days. Complimenting his outstanding product knowledge, Lorne has such a warm manner, he felt more like a knowledgeable friend than a cold, aloof financier. My funds credited today, pleased about that, but a little sad that Charwin must move to help others now. Avoid the big mortgage companies like the plague .... Charwin feel like family with your best interests always at the core of things. I was introduced to Charwin’s mortgage services by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aaron Blackwell and James Bruzos were incredibly responsive and closely monitored every step of my property purchase. They usually responded to my emails within an hour, which was very reassuring whenever I had questions.

As a first-time buyer, I didn’t have much understanding of the buying process. Aaron gave me a free briefing before I decided to appoint them as my mortgage broker. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond, checking the mortgage rate six times with the bank. Thanks to their efforts, the interest rate was reduced by 0.65% compared to the initial rate.

Even though my solicitor wasn’t very responsive to them (though they were fine with me and responsed very quickly), Aaron and James kept following up with emails and calls and keeping me updated.

I will definitely recommend their services to my friends!

This is the second time we have used Charwin Private Clients and both times had Lucy dealing with our application. Lucy found us a great product which has saved us a significant amount of money each month so really made our lives much more comfortable. Always responsive to emails/phone calls with excellent advice at each step.

Aaron and James were always on hand to assist with queries and explained everything clearly and assisted the mortgage process resulting in a smooth process. We experienced a few challenges with our lender which James assisted with going above and beyond to ensure our mortgage deal was maintained. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
