Utterly appalling service

Utterly appalling service. Do not use.

Parcel was due to us by 10 Aug (from suppliers emails), which we planned to.

We received the notification that it was to be delivered 12 Aug - 3 day delay.

We then received a delay notification from them that it would not make 12 Aug.

Then, on 13 Aug, they have not made delivery and recorded that they couldn’t locate the address (they’ve delivered to us before, on 2 occasions). They didn’t even email us/attempt a call - we doubt delivery was even attempted.

We called them and they have re-arranged delivery for 14 Aug but, frankly, they were awful - impolite and entirely disinterested in processing a complaint - no formal complaints process and reluctant to provide any email contact. Operative was named ‘Becca’.

Offices now closed and they have still not delivered - not even a notification offered to tell us not stay in.

A total disgrace; excuse of a company.
