Unprofessional and Lack of Transparency

I contacted this company to request basic information about the scholarship and the organization behind it. Instead of providing the information first, they insisted on collecting my personal information and having me become a customer before giving me the details I requested.

I don’t think this is a transparent way to deal with potential customers. A legitimate organization should be able to provide basic information about its services, company details, and terms before asking for personal information or requiring someone to become a customer.

I would recommend being cautious and asking for full company and service information in writing before providing any personal details or making any commitment.
