Diabolical Chase Windows

Diabolical. The worst service you could ever possibly imagine and then some. They mis measured the entire width of our house for sliding doors and then when they came to install them and realised they were several inches too small attempted to ‘fix’ it with foam filler and bits of wood. Oh and they also decided it wise to install a shattered pane of glass. It took literally dozens of countless calls and site visits to rectify. All peppered with commitments to attend site and fix which either involved not turning up or not having the right parts or even not knowing what needed doing when they arrived. We cannot overstate the incompetence of this company. This is just one example of the shabby service we received. Sadly we have several more including broken panes of glass, missing handles and trims and so on. Save yourself nothing but trouble. Go elsewhere and DO NOT USE!

We orders a timber front door from…

We orders a timber front door from Chase window in Feb 2019 and it got delivered and installed in September. We had issue with the color and it took nearly 8 months to sort the right color.
After the installation we had issues with door sagging due to incorrect hinges, which chipped a lot of very expensive paint.
The door knocker bolt weren't large enough so they just decided to glue the back screws on
The letter plate hole if too big and incorrectly cut not no letterplate can fit properly and the bolt cannot be secured.
This has to be the worst company I ever dealt with , very unprofessional absolutely doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing. The after sales service is appalling and the DGCOS guarantee is worthless as they could help us with all out issue. We are going to go to small claims court to get all out money back and replace the door.
They outsource the manufacturing and do not even do a check the finish product before its send to customer for installation .
