I will never made reservations through Chase Travel again. They cost me over $2500 in a European car rental. I asked them to cancel a pre-paid rental and they failed to do so. We traveled in August 2024 and I tried for months to get a refund through the proper channels. They failed us miserably.
We’ve booked hotel stays with Chase Travel twice; each experience poor with little complaint satisfaction. Chase Travel uses a third party booking service (Expedia) and when there are errors, takes no responsibility to satisfy the customer. Twice, they booked us in an accessible room. We’re not handicapped nor did we want not require a handicapped accessible room. The first time, the property was fully booked and was unable to change our accommodation. That time, after strong complaints, the cost of our stay was refunded. This time however, Chase was unwilling to make any concession for their error. The hotel was nice enough not only to change our room but also waived the upcharge. Moreover, the booking was to have included breakfast, but it does not. Let this review serve as a warning to customers. Do not use chase travel!!!
