Product initially was ok , been using it since 2022 when they are kinda just started.
I must say that their feature really fit and tick most of my team needs.
The issues start since early 2025, continuesly facing issues like unable to view message from both client & team, constant got logged out. And worst, it got my account banned because of reattemp scanning QR.
I dont know is due to Meta update, or is from them, whats really piss me off is how useless is their support. 0 respond 0 update.
Decided to drop it after 3 years + of using. I hope i can enjoy the product but unfortunately i gave too much chance for them, the customer support service def the lousiest !
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The software is complicated and not user-friendly at all. They don’t offer any real support for setup, and once you’ve paid, you’re left to figure things out on your own. The staff seemed more interested in taking the payment than providing any actual service. It felt like a scam once everything was said and done. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I've been a customer for a while, and my experience has been consistently frustrating. The software frequently logs out or disconnects from our channel without warning, making it completely unreliable for any serious use.
What’s worse is the support — or rather, the lack of it. I’ve reached out multiple times with simple requests like receiving proper invoices and never got a proper response. All of this is documented in my conversations with them.
It feels like once they have your money, they completely stop caring. No follow-up, no real help, just silence or generic copy-paste replies.
As a business owner, I find this kind of treatment completely unacceptable. A tool can have bugs — that’s understandable — but when your support actively ignores paying customers, it says everything about your values.
Avoid this company if you care about service and accountability.

Scammy business. I’ve been a customer for some time. The software frequently logged out or disconnected from our channel. I’ve asked for proper invoices many times and never received them — all provable via my WhatsApp history with them.
Now that my credits ran out, I decided to give ChatDaddy another try (what it aims to do is genuinely useful).
I log in and accidentally click a button that says in big letters $99/month (with “billed annually” in tiny letters below). Without any confirmation, they charge €1100 to my card. I reached out IMMEDIATELY saying it was a mistake, I didn’t use a single credit, and I just wanted to top up.
THEIR ANSWER: It’s non-refundable per our terms. From both a legal and ethical standpoint, this is unacceptable. Under EU consumer law, you cannot charge a user with one click and no explicit confirmation. As a business owner, I would instantly refund such a customer — especially if that customer still wants to pay for the service by topping up.
DO THE RIGHT THING, MR PARAS.
Update June 23: They promised a refund… then went radio silent again.
Extremely disappointed with ChatDaddy’s service. We experienced multiple critical errors with their WhatsApp automation and broadcast flows — messages couldn’t deliver out, causing serious disruption to our campaigns.
We raised a service ticket immediately, expecting a prompt resolution, but it’s been over a week with no real update or fix. The support team seems unresponsive and unable to provide a clear solution or timeline. For a platform that claims to streamline communication, their own customer service is frustratingly slow and unreliable.
Would not recommend ChatDaddy to any business that needs dependable WhatsApp automation. Poor service levels and unresolved technical issues make it a risky platform to rely on.
We have previously informed them that we cancelled the plan via whatsapp. They acknowledged back then but they still proceeded to charge 1 year subscription fee. I've sent them subsequent emails but no response, and their website chat function is talking to a bot. Before the billing i've tried to reach them, but the bot don't let me talk to a real person. Now they aren't responding when asked for a refund. For new users, please try something else, unless you like talking to a bot to resolve your issues.
Update 17/10/24, I had to email them directly before getting a response. They replied and did give me a refund, but this experience isn't very pleasant.
