Wrong and expired items - Poor communication
I ordered some products online via chatica.co. Some of the products I ordered didn't arrive. I got a couple of products I did not order including an expired one. I emailed them to know if they will send me the remaining products and if not to give me a refund but they haven't even replied to me.
