I paid for an upgrade but my account…
I paid for an upgrade but my account remained basic. i contacted support by email several times. All I go was the run around. This is the second time i had trouble with the monthly upgrade. i had difficulty 2 out of the 3 times i made a payment. i finally had to give up. they kept saying it was fixed and even though i sent screen shots i got no resolution. it is a shame for them because they could make more money if their customer service was better. i emailed them for 2 weeks trying to fix it.
