A great app and program

A great app and program. It works great and provides live feedback. The dashboard is user friendly too. Great app to use, especially if you’re on a budget.

Easy to set up and great service

I have a shop with Big Cartel and they recently offered integration with the Chatway. The setup and integration was super easy and user friendly. Once the setup was done, I downloaded the app to my phone. Now, if need be, I can talk to customers and answer any questions they might have live from my phone. Gives me peace of mind knowing that I can potentially help but also keep a customer that might have a question about the products I sell.

I think it's great

I think it's great. It can already meet most of our needs, but more complex features are not suitable for us and will instead increase our financial burden. Its interface is not complicated, but like a powerful chat software, my companions and I can provide timely responses to customers together inside. That's enough.

This is our first time trying the chat

This is our first time trying this live chat and it's probably the best decision we made for our website. It is easy to use and I like that we're able to help customers while staying anonymous. But I do like that we can let the clients know who they are speaking to if would like to. We do find it fun to use as well.
Thank you guys at chatway looking forward to seeing what new features you have in store.

Click the easy button

This was extremely easy to implement and customize to work with our website. I’m not a developer, I’m a leadership consultant so having tools that are easy is important. The app also streamlined the communication so I don’t miss anything and being able to schedule availability is super helpful. Overall just really good quality and beat my expectations!

I’ve just started using live chat with…

I’ve just started using live chat with Chatway and so far my experience has been excellent. My customers can ask me questions while on my site which makes it so much easier to connect with them. Also if I have any problems Chatway customer service is extremely quick with a reply and will do whatever they can to help. So far I’m loving it!!!

Chatway has a beautiful and simple…

Chatway has a beautiful and simple interface, and most of its functions are free. It also provides Apple and Android mobile terminals. The only drawback is that it does not have a desktop client, but it can also be used as a desktop client through a browser.
