I have bought from this company twice now and wouldn't look anywhere else for mutual products, the price is just right for the high quality products you are purchasing. It is also good how the shipping company text you to check what date you would like your package to be delivered or if you would like them to leave with a neighbour

Didn't get what I paid for. I was charged for the purchase of bsn syntha 6 chocolate peanut butter. AFTER payment is accepted I am told ithe flavour is unavailable. Bsn syntha 6 are famous for the great flavours (as I struggle to enjoy protein this is very important to me). I received an email stating the flavour I requested was out if stock and I was to choose another. But.... Choose another was very limited. I had a choice of the 3 basic. Chocolate strawberry and banana. All companies do these flavours. The reason I choose bsn syntha 6 is for the chocolate peanut butter. The chocolate mint. The mochachino. All of these flavours were unavailable. As a refund wasn't offered to me and I NEEDED the protein quickly for my training I reluctantly chose another option but I will certainly not buy from this company again. As they should not have mis sold me.

Ordered sunday, received wednesday, however no tracking number was present on the website, so the site says to contact them.
Rang several times on both provided numbers, never answered, but product was delivered in a reasonable time.

The service I have received from Cheap Supplements has always excellent , if they have what you are looking for you can rely on them to provide it quickly at a very competitive price.

I ordered a protein and creatin from cheap-supplements. I got confirmation email from them, they charged my card, I got email and text msg from DPD they are going to deliver it on the 4th of Dec. I did not get it. I contacted cheap-supplements to fix the problem because I paid for their service. I got an email with delivery info and DPD contact details and they said Contact to DPD. I was upset because why I should contact DPD. I am the customer not who's sitting behind the phone and the computer... So I had to contact DPD. They sent me back to cheap-supplements and write me to tell cheap-supplements they have to contact DPD not me. Top of this I wrote to cheap supplements other 3 emails and I did not get any answer. I want them to refund my money for te undilivered order because I still not get it. They don't contact and they keep the money. Now I don't know what's going on woth my order but I'm sure I will not order anything from cheap-supplements any more.

I wish I had read these other reviews first! I ordered multiples of 2 different products, money was taken and then I was told they were out of stock and offered an alternative or refund. Once money has exchanged this is technically breach of contract but on a more practical level it's just infuriating, especially when you grab some time out of your day to find a product that's a bit tricky to obtain, go through all the sign-up palaver with yet another internet supplier, go back to your day job, only to find you've got to do the same thing all over again! Correspondence was nice enough but unfortunately in this day and age, as an online supplier, you have to tick all the boxes - stock, price, speedy delivery, good customer service, trouble free returns etc. Why pay an outside company to gather opinions to improve your company and then continue to do the same things you've always done!? Hopefully someone at the top might read this...

Like a previous reviewer, was disappointed two of my items were out of stock, but was emailed immediately and asked if I wanted to replace or drop from order. I partially replaced, which brought me below the minimum for free delivery - but this was still given.
Tone of emails was friendly, pleasant, efficient yet human.
I gave them a try because a similar company was out of stock and held over my order, without notifying me, for ten days AND ignored both my emails and text messages, just before Christmas. THAT is what I call bad service: I'll stick with Cheap Supplements in future!

Ordered Optimum Nutrition Whey Crisp Bars x 12 as stated were in stock only to be emailed late evening the next day that the item had been back ordered, this was the 30th Dec.

2nd Jan I get an email advising no restock date. I was happy to let the whole thing go and get a refund which they did very quickly to be fair and due to New Year getting in the way response wise I certainly couldn't complain. I then out of curiosity check on their website, today 5th Jan to see if they had changed the item to show no stock. What a surprise, it still quite happily shows stock available, it's that more than anything which has caused me to write this review, believe it or not it's the first time I've ever done this and I'm 40!
Service like this is a joke and can only lose you more customers than you gain!

Reasonable prices, quick delivery. High quality products. Pleasure to deal with.

HAVE ORDERED FROM CHEAP SUPPLEMENTS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT SERVICE AT UNBEATABLE PRICES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.

I have been using Cheap Supplements for two years now; I have always received the best products at great prices unmatched anywhere else.
For me they are first choice every time.

Bought product and had confirmation emails about order. Then the next day I was emailed to say the item was out of sock yet when I ordered was advertised as in stock avail for delivery.

Not very professional company.

Bought an item that was supposed to take 1-3 days to be delivered and it ended up taking 7 days!

Not acceptable and will not be using again!
