Excellent customer service, there was a problem with one of the products that I purchased. I emailed the customer service address. The response came back within minutes. A replacement was sent out the very next day, no quibles.

Quality product supplied at the best price I came across. No shipping fees, came well packaged in about four days. Never sure when using a unknown company but was happy with service. Would use again.

Quick delivery, everythink good.

The products were the cheapest of all sites. Although one of the items I ordered came in a different flavour to what I'd requested. More info on delivery would be great as I feel after buying the products I had no idea when they'd arrive. A confirmation of order & a confirmation when shipped would improve after sales. I would definitely use the site again and the order arrived within 5 days. Overall very pleased.

The website transaction was completed & my order concluded with a message to say status processed, no mention of product being out of stock. I then received an email that read:
Your order from Cheap Supplements has been successful.
The next day I received an email, which informed me:
Thank you for your recent order; unfortunately we're currently out of the product requested.
While I appreciate that products are at times out of stock, surely the website could be governed by the stock held!!!

I recently completed by first order with cheap supplements and have been very please with the service i received. They did not have the product i wanted in stock, so offered me a similar product which was £ 6 dearer for the same price as my original order, which i believe is very good customer service. Product arrived about 3days after i ordered it, which for me was satisfactory. Will definately be ordering from them again in the future

This company offers supplements at excellent prices and as a student....price is everything, so i will be using them many times. The only problem i have had is they say if you order before 1pm it's same day dispatch, or next day if after 1pm....yet on my last 3 orders, it's taken 3 days to dispatch, and when i've chased them up they told me it was dispatched in there guaranteed period but i wasn't sent an email. However when i've gone to track my parcel, they've lied to me and it's been dispatched 2 or 3 days later. Seems silly to lie when people can track your parcel so know when it was sent!! But, products are sually recieved within a week so as long as your not in a huge hurry, this is an excellent company

Found something here cheaper than anywhere else but initially I had to pay for delivery which meant it was actually cheaper at another site but, I thought what if I buy more of it and to my delight delivery became free.

Places like Amazon.co.uk and Play.com get you used to not paying for delivery but I think with cheap-supplements.co.uk if your order is more than say £50 then delivery is free. The deliveries which are less than £50 you end up paying for but I suppose this means they can keep their product prices down.

Anyway, their business strategy has worked out well for me! :)

it says 1 to 3 days for delivery i was hoping my supplements came in the 1 day but they actuall took three days. i guess that was just my luck

I have used cheap supplements for approx 6 months. And had one issue, where they forgot to put 2 extra items. Upon calling them and speaking to one of the representatives. The matter was dealt with immediately. I was very very happy with the outcome. Thats what I call customer care!

Have now used this company twice and will definitely use them again. The second time round I was promptly contacted by them to inform me they couldn't complete the full order and provided alternate options, to which I replied. I believe the order was then despatched that same day so no complaints from me!

A good shopping experience overall, the delivery was very quick and the product was as i expected. I just do not give five stars because it had ordered two products before and despite saying that they were available, were not. nevertheless the return of the payment was done efficiently.

Always have had good service apart from last order I had.which took a lot longer than normal.did send an email to cheap supplements but got the impression that they wasn't to bothered.its the only time it has happened so will use again.will probably change to someone different if it happens again
