I placed order 19/04/23. Order status comes up with not shipped. The email to contact them is invalid.
They have no social media. This is a scam. I have requested a chargeback claim with my bank. Avoid
I ordered an airup drinking bottle for £18 via Microphonebuy.com on 14th April, 2023, it is now 3 weeks later and I have not received it, and it says it has not been shipped and is pending. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was not possible to cancel because it was too near to the shipping day, The money was taken on the 14th April. It must be a fraud or scam,
Bought AirUp 850ml steel bootle with additional pods as a gift for my son from this website cheap.buyairup.shop on the 14/04/2023 and the status was still NOT SHIPPED for about a week and I even got in touch with their customer support page and sent an email to "SS-airup" jmexpertfor2022 gmail which came up as contact and that rang some alarm bells as a possible scam. Its been 2 weeks now still no response in fact the order number i got from them now comes up with no items and my email account I used for the order was removed so I couldn't even log back into my account .There is no telephone contact on their website . I had to reregister to check the order again but all info appears to have been removed. This is a SCAM so be warned to prevent others getting caught up in this good offer SCAM. I checked my credit card payment of £44 and this was received by an account registered under Microphonebuy.com in Perth , Australia.
I ordered an Air Up bottle for my grandaughter. 4 days later I have not had any confirmation that the Air Up bottle is on it's way. I have tried using the order number to track the order. It states that the order has not yet been shipped. I THINK THIS COULD BE A FRAUDULENT SITE.
