Scammed Steer clear - appears to be linked with SHOPify but using compromised domain names and then sending false texts for Express 1-3 days shipping using false sender IDs for Aus Post and Shop saying "on its way, delivered, on for redelivery. 10 days later and nothing....
Been buying 4 cartons Marlborough Gold for 5th time and pleased to save so much money. Should have tried them sooner rather than be afraid they would not arrive. I mean $700 is a lot of money to trust them with! Once tried a carton of an unknown cheaper brand and it was so disgusting I literally binned it! Worth the money saving so I risked it and am pleased I did.
Ordered 4 cartons on Friday. Package was sent the same day. Received Tuesday.

These negative comments, don't let them consume you after you made the deposit, hahaha, I did, asked them for the tracking number yesterday and did not get a response, woke up this morning was certain I wasn't going to see anything.

Update... After opening the package and lighting up a smoke, yukkk, wow, that's worse that chop chop, I doubt thats even tobacco.
These guys are selling some other poisonous herb.

This week I ordered Shisha tobacco from this site and I have to say I am very happy.
The customer service was A grade. They responded to all emails and gave me full information including tracking code.
Then I received the package in a day.
The product itself i cant complain. It is good and knowing how limited shisha tobacco is in Australia at the moment It was great service. Thank you Sam you were helpful and i appreciate your help during these tough times...
Ordered 2 x Golden Virginia and 2 x ‘Drum’ tobacco. Received email saying sent, when I asked about tracking I was told they didn’t have access to the tracking number. Thought this was weird. Then I was sent a message saying that golden Virginia was not avail so they had sent 4x drum instead.....
I should have been offered a refund at this point. I received the tobacco which was actually sent yesterday (not last week). It is extremely dark and smells mouldy, arriving in freezer bags, it’s no wonder. Nothing like drum! I have sent multiple emails and no response, and I guess my email is now blocked.
I will be taking this further. For those interested they trade under the name “cheap trade” and their abn is 75760105442.
