it's complicated, overprice, and they scam. I have spend money and their service and for no reason I get my account locked so I get scammed.

I have a domain and email

I have a domain and email, but the email was never accessed on my phone, even after calling customer support multiple times. So I would need to login on to my computer, causing a lot of lag on responses for my business email. They walked me through the process and said it would take a while to see emails start coming in and so I would end the call only the emails never transferred. I finally called in and waited over an hour to talk to someone about canceling the email. I was unable to reach anyone and could not cancel. It's too bad I did like the extra security they provided. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.

SCAM Misleading prices, false advertising.

SCAM. Their advertised price is reasonable--but once you sign on it turns out that even the most basic functionality--such as basic email or a control panel--costs extra. Then they make it painful or impossible to cancel or transfer elsewhere. They should be called "ExpensiveDomain.com". Stay away.
