Extremely unprofessional support and sketchy service terms.

I had a terrible experience with Cheapergames.in while trying to purchase a Claude Pro subscription. Their customer support is hands-down the rudest I have ever encountered. When I asked basic questions about why a 1-month subscription only comes with a "25-day warranty", the agent told me, "Don't ask additional questions," and "I am not here to waste our time."

Besides the hostility, they are incompetent. They repeatedly asked for my UPI ID and payment screenshots even though I had already provided them in the chat. They also sent "wrong texts" claiming my warranty was void before backpedalling. If you value your money and your sanity, stay away. There are much better places to buy subscriptions than a site that treats its customers like nuisances. 0/5 stars.
