Ordered a few days before Christmas. Received with time to spare.
They appear to be brand new.

Good prices on oem parts didn't have everything stocked in warehouse but my car is a 93 so took a little time to ship but great customer service answered my questions promptly and let my know my order status and were helpfull all in all good prices and service 5 star seller.

Part was as expected and the order shipped and arrived on time. Great all around experience.

I would have given 5 stars if the first shipment (a side mirror) were not the wrong color. I immediately let them know that the color was wrong and they offered to send a replacement of the correct color immediately and a free shipping kit to return the wrong one. I am happy with the way that they made the correction.

Ordered a small knob for the screen on my Honda 2014 Honda CRV. A friend knocked it off using a sunscreen. I found the Cheaper Honda Parts website which saved me a trip to the dealer to have it replaced. The part arrived a few days later via USPS. Even though the shipping was more than the part, I believe that dealer mark up would be higher.

Broke the right side mirror of my 2004 Honda Civic LX off when backing up. I hit a narrow tree branch. I ordered a new one on Amazon for $23 or so. Watched videos online to learn to ho replace it. The part & the vendor were both positively reviewed & rated. It came & the part did not fit. I sent it back & again scoured the internet for one that would fit. I came upon CheaperHondaParts.com & found what I was looking for.
Don't let the name fool you. It made me hesitant to order. That and the price was $123, but it came & it fit. $123 for a working part is better than $23 for one that does not.
It was made by an OEM, not some plant in Taiwan that didn't get the correct measurements for the bolts to the mount holes in my door.

The description of the part was excellent. Their customer service was also great, they helped me make sure I was getting the correct part.

Shipped as described. Part fit perfectly on my Honda Pilot with VIN provided in order.

Product arrived a day earlier than scheduled. However the wait was a bit long for the product, not sure why. Just a slight inconvenience. Product was exactly correct and what had been ordered.
