I think its better never to buy tickets from page other than flight companies and take a risk. I am so glad I checked this before buying this here. They tend to show so many more flight timings that do not exists. So their page was really difficult to understand. Hence I didn't not buy the ticket. After reading these reviews on don't plan to either.

cheapflightscorp.com is the most cunningly designed website. It lures the customers with surprisingly affordable options which get escalated to a reasonable figure when you check out. BEWARE OF THIS STEP. The moment you make payment, you are caught into their wily grip and the next thing you will get an email that you have finished the first part of the payment and to get your ticket you have to pay nearly an equal amount of what you paid. Now you are already their victim and the penalty for cancellation may be more than the value of your ticket. The staff is inconsiderate, dumb and crafty. The tickets that you get are far more expensive than the direct booking with the airline itself. The reviews on their site are all written by the designers of the website and you do not even get an option to post a review. With the result their is no scope of posting a negative review or the true picture of cheapflightscorp.com. Never will I touch cheapflightscorp.com with a barge pole.

At no point throughout the booking process do you get told excatly how mauch your flight is going to cost. You make a payment which looks reasonable for the flight, and then you get an email demanding a second payment - it is only then that you find out you are going to have to pay almost double what you thought you were - and more than simply booking direct with the airline. Their little video does not allude to a 2 stage payment, only their small print does as as Vicky Ng was very keen to point out - when I demanded a refund she simply stopped replying to my emails. A 2 stage payment system for a flight..Never in my days, it is quite simply a devious and underhanded way to trick customers. Why in earth they are called Cheap Flights I do not know - they are the most expensive way of booking a flight I can think of. I have learnt an expensive lesson, and I will never use them again. DO NOT USE THIS UNSCRUPLOUS COMPANY.

I went to the website and I wanted to get a ticket from Malaysia to Thailand.I was asked for the first payment(in which I made the payment)Then later the company send another email saying that I need to add an additional amount(.I paid the second amount). Guess what?they came back an ask for a 3rd amount.Saying that the price has changed

I refused to make any additional payment and demanded for a refund.Your company has refused to refund my money.Your so call called manager(Narcia Ng) has refused to reply to my emails and also the chat support.

The prices on the website is simply to attract people,you will end up paying more without any ticket.

WHAT I NEED IS MY REFUND.

Your customer service is simply poor.Your manager is unprofessional. Everything about this company is simply poor. All I want is my refund and forget that you guys ever existed.

As mentionned before, this is a scam site. If you read their payment conditions carefuly, you will notice the price mentionned is only 55% of the total amount ! In Belgium it's a law to publish the total price, so their activities are illegal in my country, so I reported them to the authorities.

After paying for the "cheap flight" they ask you to pay "government/airport fee" before you get the eticket. So now its no longer cheap but more expensive! If you cancel then they deduct $100 per passenger from the paid amount before they "refund". If the refund will even happen. They even called and emailed to convince me to pay the government/airport fee before the plane ticket price they are "holding" could increase. BAD

After purchasing what seemed a very "CHEAP" airline ticket price, i get another email "Next Step to process your E-Ticket, you need to pay Government and Airport Fees. These fees depend on Government and Airport" and it turned out IT WAS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE IN THIS SITE than direct from the airline. And if you cancel, there is 100USD / person charges! I pursued the transaction, and after paying, i had to wait the next to issue the e-ticket... saying their system is down! Imagine paying more and the service is not even great??! This site is misleading. MUST NOT BOOK HERE!

Total SCAM... "BAIT and SWITCH".

After purchasing the plane ticket $278.72 (non-refundable) I received a second email 5-10 minutes later with additional $244.41 government/tax fee. The exact amount of $244.41 was never mentioned during online purchase.
