Will never get your medicine,scam

Ordered diabetes medicine and they said they have shipped it with tracking number that doesn't work. Still fighting with them to send it refund but they kept saying it will update, I will check with post office, then no response. When asked again, kept saying waiting response from post office that has not received the item, then they turn around and offer you generic drug while you paid for brand. Still not sending that. It is just a scam guys. Be careful. I am going to report to FTC and other law agencies.still fighting with them, we will see if it gets resolved after this.
