I purchase cricket 26. Not provided support. vague installation instructions... no voice in video of installing instructions. He told me to login tomorrow. but no one is giving support. and when I again put other game in cart another message came from another person. Selling time 24*7. Support time at their own discretion, though mentioned on website that support is 24*7. Your money will be lost if you do not contact them at their desired time. Poor after sale service.
Update: they have sent me an old image of mine as if I don’t know how I look most probably from truecaller. They also made a failed attempt to hack my mobile but in vain. Also I request trustpilot to add feature of adding screenshots, so that all can know what actually happened and who was abusive and what time of support was told at the time of buying. No refund was raised for sure.
