Have used successfully in the past but I have twice tried to order a wildcard certificate advertised as "approved in minutes" and several days later I still have no certificates nor any reply for the ticked I raised. I went to NameCheap instead and it was issued instantly.

A little bit challenging but it's ok
The code sign certificate publishing differs from hosting rent or something that would you expect dealing with an online service. This process isn't fully automated so you have to wait for a support response for a few days and spend some time for communication and documents. If you are not from English speaking country you will be asked for translated documents so be ready to discuss what documents you are able to provide if the first attempt wasn't successful.

I would strongly advise people to NOT buy a SSL Certificate from this website.
I bought a certificate and I waited 2 days and it still said that it was pending. I sent them a email for a refund and they refunded me.
PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED ON THE CHEAP PRICES. BUY FROM TRUSTED SITES.

Careful with 3 year certs, bad support
Purchased a 3-year certificate bundle, got an email to renew 3 months before the first one expired. We did the renewal and they said they will add the remaining time to the new certificate (see their "refund policy" page), but the new certificate is valid 3 months less than the original purchase period. No response from the "24/7 Support" they are claiming.

Slow and ineffective customer service; do not buy certificates longer than 2 years: they issue a certificate valid for 2 years with the possibility of renewing the certificate for the following period but then there is no way to obtain the new certificate.

There are other reviews on other sites, but more keen on seeing a review on Trustpilot. Only one independent review. I trusted it and went ahead to make a purchase. It turns out to be real. Site protected for 2 years for £11. Again I am very pleased!
