Great fares, reputable company
I found amazing fares from CheapTicketsDeal.ca on Kayak and immediately booked them. I didn’t get my tix immediately so I was very concerned that I had booked with a disreputable site, so I called their number and spoke with Eric who assured me that the tix would come in 24 hours. He was right. They did come and he called me personally to let me know. I got the best price and have completed my travel which went without a hitch. So grateful to have been able to find an affordable ticket for my unplanned travel!

Zoe Carter provided excellent customer service when I had to change my return flight for a medical problem. The only issue was that I still had not received my confirmation from the airline 18 hours later and needed it to check in since the confirmation number had changed. But I called and someone helped me. The site is great because there are no waits to talk to capable, kind, friendly people.
