Sign came in with wrong wording wish y'all would replace.

I sent a picture to you guys of what I wanted on the signs, you sent a proof back that was verry similar besides one letter, being so similar I didn't catch the the difference my customer did and pointed it out to me after I received the signs. So I emailed Ashleigh back and asked if there was anything we could do? She emailed me back with the company policy and the proof y'all had sent me that I approved, witch basically stated if you approve this proof your stuck with it and will have to pay for more copies to change it. So I didn't argue because I see that I made the mistake by not reading the proof word for word and just glancing at it thinking it was identical to what I had sent you. So I'll bite the bullet but as a company owner and manager at Publix Super Markets I know we would fix it anyway just to make the customer happy.
