So far so good. I clicked the link because I had been ignoring pensions for too long and needed to understand my options. After a few questions I was matched with Michael Man and I had a very good two hour meeting going through my circumstances which gave me some confidence in my future finances and help navigate the gap between now and full retirement.

Michelle was very polite and not pushy at all. She seemed to understand my situation gave good practical advice which I found really helpful.

Had a pre-arranged call with Omar Waheed after hearing of the changes to pension contributions during the last Budget. Omar was extremely knowledgeable and engaging on the subject. Will be happy to deal with again when the time comes to review my investments.

Very helpful and quick to respond to my enquiry.

So far I have only had one conversation with Alex it is to set up a zoom meeting to discuss my options. Only 3 star so far but suspect 4 star will happen after our next meeting.

Ian Prideaux, from Edward Bond,met with this fellow, had an hour with him talking about pensions.
I found him very good, he had good knowledge and gave good direct options and advise to the options we spoke about, some of which was new to me and of interest.
I have not made a decision on options yet, but Ian @ Edward Bond is a strong contender. I highly recommend a chat with this guy.
