BEWARE!

BEWARE!
This bogus review company led me to a cowboy roofing contractor which has cost me over £10,000

I was duped by this scam company.

I contact a representative of this company, a chap called Dave by telephone and raised my concerns about a rogue roofing contractor allegedly vetted by them. He gave me no assistance at all. He had no interest in hearing what the issue might be.

Checked and vetted Ltd is no longer trading and was dissolved in 2025. In fact it was never a vetting site - it was a real estate management company,

Look up Checked and Vetted Ltd on Companies House

A check on Google maps for Checked and Vetted at their claimed address fell on stoney ground. It does not exist there.

Do not trust any trade associated with this scam trader vetting business. Its a sham operation.
