Poor service.
Bought lengths of tile trim from Checkmate direct. Immediately received an email telling me that they would let me know when the items are dispatched. Didn't hear anything from them for a week so I contacted them. I was then told that their delivery driver couldn't handle full lengths of tile trim and asked if it was OK if they cut them in half before dispatching them. I refused this and asked for a refund. Got no response from them until I started a dispute through PayPal. I wouldn't use the company again.

This company, lie that they have a product in stock on their website, in reality they hold no stock and rely on their suppliers stock levels.
When you try to contact them no one picks up the phone (ever) and you get transferred to an automated answer machine service which doesn't give you enough time to leave a message.
When you try to e-mail you get no response. Eventually after 5 days of waiting I received an automated e-mail informing me that the item was out of stock and they they had issued a refund, which they haven't done.
This company doesn't care about it's customers in any way I would advise anyone to steer clear of them.
After doing some digging they seem to also be linked with a company called Checkmart which they may have changed their name from due to really poor Trustpilot reviews.

Haven't received my order
Haven't received my order, tracking number wasn't provided, even after asking a few times. Promises only. After two weeks of phone calls and emails were ignored. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
