A CheckMEND report will alert whoever performed the search (retailers, corporations, insurers, police or members of the public) to the item’s history and status. You may purchase a used item that works for months or years, but when you try to sell it to a responsible trader, their check with us shows it was stolen before you bought it. This proactive crime prevention doesn’t always make us popular, but it does mean we’re doing the right thing. In the unlikely event that a record reported to us is incorrect, we provide full support to resolve it with the provider. Website claims all devices are clean and they are not. Have tested several times with different devices that I know are blacklisted / finances / under contract and still says clean. Unreliable results. Waste of money. Stay away.

Excellent service, very easy to register and check any phone status with IME or serial number. Quick Results displayed. I purchase two phone S9 plus and iPhone 8. It displayed the results in second and send me an email with PDF. Very impress with the service and it gave me peace of mind buying expensive phones from gumtree sellers

Metro PCS IMEI was not found on…
Metro PCS IMEI was not found on checkmend but found blacklisted and blocked swappa.
Swsppa is free and includes mist if not all US carriers while checkmend I had to pay $0.99 for Imei not found.

i have paid for checkmend service for one laptop
i have paid for checkmend service for one laptop status , which i was thinking to buy. i thought why we should not check the laptop should be ok as a buyer point of view.
i just wanted to check its checkmend status .
but i have not received any result instantly or even after three days and also i sent email to support no one has bothered to answer till to date.
really disappointed.

I signed up for a report for my phone and they never sent the report, they charged me 2 times on my credit card. They will not call you back no help at all. Horrible!!!!
